At Baylor University, L.J. was awarded the honor of Real Estate Student of the Year at the Hankamer School of Business. Prior to joining Duggan Realty Advisors, L.J. worked for IBM as a Global Services sales representative. L.J.'s experience has been on both the Landlord side as well as the Tenant Representative side. Throughout his real estate career he has been responsible for the management and leasing of millions of square feet and has preformed lease transactions equating to millions of dollars in revenue for his clients. Aside from numerous tenant representation transactions, L.J. is responsible for leasing 850,000/sf of telecom buildings in seven cities around the country. L.J.'s strong financial background has been an asset in his involvement in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate.
