Jim Duggan is the Founder and President of Duggan Realty Advisors and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Since founding the firm in 1992, he has led brokerage, development, property management, construction management, and investment advisory assignments across a diverse portfolio of office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and residential properties.

Prior to establishing Duggan Realty Advisors, Jim spent nine years with Trammell Crow Company and five years as a Certified Public Accountant with a Big Eight accounting firm. His background in finance, taxation, and development provides clients with a well-rounded perspective on every transaction. Throughout his career, Jim has also served in numerous civic leadership roles, including previous service on the City of Plano Planning & Zoning Commission, where he served as Chairman.
