James F. Duggan
President
Mr. Duggan has been involved in all areas of the real estate business for the past 30 years. Mr. Duggan spent his first nine years in the real estate industry with Trammell Crow Company, the nation’s largest real estate development company. In 1992 he formed Duggan Realty Advisors which provides a broad range of real estate services including tenant representation, construction management, property management, office and retail development, real estate advisory services and general brokerage activities for the acquisition and disposition of both residential and commercial real estate assets. Jim has been a member of Plano’s Planning & Zoning Committee for six years and is currently its Chairman. Prior to working in the real estate industry, Mr. Duggan spent five years as a CPA with a Big Eight accounting firm specializing in tax planning and compliance. Mr. Duggan’s accounting and financial experience provides valuable experience in real estate developments, tax and financing issues. Mr. Duggan graduated from the University of Iowa in 1978 with a BBA, double major in accounting and finance.
L.J. Erickson
Partner
At Baylor University, L.J. was awarded the honor of Real Estate Student of the Year at the Hankamer School of Business. Prior to joining Duggan Realty Advisors, L.J. worked for IBM as a Global Services sales representative. L.J.'s experience has been on both the Landlord side as well as the Tenant Representative side. Throughout his real estate career he has been responsible for the management and leasing of millions of square feet and has preformed lease transactions equating to millions of dollars in revenue for his clients. Aside from numerous tenant representation transactions, L.J. is responsible for leasing 850,000/sf of telecom buildings in seven cities around the country. L.J.'s strong financial background has been an asset in his involvement in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate.

Sharon Wertz
Manager
Sharon has over 20 years experience in banking and finance, working in various areas of lending and professional financial management. She also has numerous years in sales of systems furniture and project management for many large financial institutions. Sharon has been with Duggan Realty Advisors since 2012 and handles financial management.
Colleen Sherrill
Associate
Colleen has been an Associate at Duggan Realty Advisors since 2013. Colleen’s focus is both on commercial and residential real estate. She adeptly represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in various transactions in the office, retail, industrial and residential market. Through her professional career she has worked diligently to help her clients through sale and lease contracts as well as property management. Born and raised in DFW, Colleen graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business.
Chris Duggan
Associate
Chris has been a part of Duggan Realty since 2018 after graduating from The University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Marketing. His journey began directly out of college as an Owner/ Operator of a successful QSR for 4 years before moving to the family business of real estate. Now with 6 years’ experience, Chris holds his OSHA 30, NCCER Certification and an AAS degree in Construction Management. Chris currently handles the property management, marketing and project management within Duggan Realty.
